- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out by 10:30.
- Booking
- A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit. Cancellation fees vary depending on notice.
- Registration and tourist tax
- A valid ID is required on arrival. A tourist tax of €1 per person per night applies; children under 10 are exempt.
- Cleaning
- No daily service is provided. Stays of 7 or more nights include a mid-stay cleaning. The final cleaning is included in the price.
- Quiet hours
- Please keep quiet from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00 the following morning.
- Breakfast
- Self-service breakfast included, with sweet items. For groups (5+ people) a dedicated breakfast is available at €8 per person.
- Smoking
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the building.
- Pets
- Small pets are welcome with advance notice; they are not allowed on the furniture and must be kept on a leash in common areas.
- Fireplace
- Lighting the fire is not allowed at night or when the rooms are unattended.
- Liability
- The management is not liable for personal belongings or for any interruption of utilities.
